Katrine Mogensen

Katrine was born in Denmark and came to England to study fashion at Central Saint Martin’s College in London graduating with honours in 1996. With the help of a grant from the Prince’s Youth Trust she subsequently went into partnership designing and making wedding dresses.

Her dresses were sold from her studio in London and also through Tatters in Harrods and various bridal shops throughout London and the South East. In 1997 her business went on to win the New Designer of the Year award through Brides and Setting up Home magazines. That year she also married and moved to Reepham in North Norfolk where she opened her bridal studio. 



During lockdown, when things changed for all of us, Katrine started oil painted and discovered that not only did she have a passion for it but was also a talented painter. She continues painting whenever time allows. Her delicate floral paintings are extremely popular.
