Pam Hemmings

Pam is influenced by travelling, landscapes, cityscapes and being in the environment.

Although she trained in textiles and graduated with an MA in Textile Design from the Royal College of Art in 1976, Pam has more recently been exploring mono-printing using Aukua Inks. Mark making through drawing, painting and printing using linocuts, Gelli plates, mono prints and collagraphs offers her an immediacy that is suited to travel and working in the landscape.

Since graduating Pam has been a lecturer in design at various art schools in the UK and has also worked as a consultant in India and Tibet.

Pam works from her studio in Norwich when she is not travelling.
